  • Paint Party Agreement & Terms

    1. Booking & Payment

    1. A non-refundable deposit of  $125 is required to reserve your event date. Deposit will go towards total event payment. 

    2. All participants must prepay to secure their seat. No walk-ins will be accepted unless otherwise arranged in writing.

    3. Final guest count and payment are due no later than 7 days before the event.

    2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    1. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be rescheduled one time at no additional cost.

    2. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

    3. If The Painted Diamond must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

    3. Supplies & Setup

    1. All painting supplies will be provided: pre-traced canvases, paint, brushes, aprons, table coverings.

    2. The artist will arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before the event start time for setup.

    3. Please ensure tables are cleared and accessible before setup begins and there is adequate lighting.

    4. We will set up and clean up.

    4. Venue Responsibilities (if applicable)

    1. A designated point of contact should be available on-site the day of the event.

    2. Access to restroom facilities and adequate lighting is required.

    3. Food and beverage service (if available) should be managed by the venue.

    5. Marketing & Promotion

    1. For public events, The Painted Diamond will create flyers, social media graphics, and a registration page.

    2. It is requested that both The Painted Diamond and the host venue share event promotions at least once per week leading up to the event.

    3. For private events, The Painted Diamond will create flyers and social media graphics and provide to host to promote the event. 

    6. Photography & Social Media

    1. Event photos will be taken for marketing purposes. 

    2. Guests will be encouraged to tag the venue and The Painted Diamond on social media.

    3. If any guests do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in advance.

    7. Artwork Usage

    1. All paintings and designs created or provided by The Painted Diamond are for personal use only.

    2. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any artwork, images, or designs is strictly prohibited without written permission.

    3. Participants may share their finished artwork on personal social media but may not claim designs as their own for profit or promotional purposes.

    8. Liability

    1. The Painted Diamond is not liable for any damage to clothing or property during the event.

    2. Please dress accordingly, the paints stain clothing and carpeting, wash with soap and water immediately,  and cover surfaces as needed.

    By booking an event with The Painted Diamond, you agree to the terms listed above.

    DIY Art Kit & Store Terms & Conditions


    Thank you for purchasing a DIY Art Kit from The Painted Diamond! To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following terms and conditions:

    1. Product Use

    1. All DIY kits are for personal, non-commercial use only.

    2. Artwork, designs, and instructions included in the kit may not be copied, reproduced, or sold in any form.

    3. Sharing on personal social media is encouraged, but commercial use of designs is strictly prohibited.

    2. DIY Paint Party Kit: What’s Included

    1. Each kit includes a pre-traced canvas, step-by-step instructions, paints, brushes, a paper towel, plate (palette), cup, disposable apron, and reference image, some include video tutorial.

    2. Kit contents may vary slightly depending on availability.

    3. Shipping & Handling (Artwork and Kits)

    1. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

    2. Shipping times may vary depending on location and selected shipping method.

    3. The Painted Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

    4. Returns & Refunds (Artwork and Kits)

    1. All sales are final.

    2. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for kits or artwork that arrive damaged or incomplete.

    3. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.


    5. DIY Paint Party Kit: Safety Disclaimer

    1. These kits may contain small parts and are not suitable for unsupervised children under the age of 6.

    2. Paint is non-toxic but should be used with care to avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or clothing. 

    3. Acrylic paints will stain your clothing. If it gets on your clothes and carpeting, immediately go and wash it with soap and water.

    6. DIY Paint Party Kit: Liability

    1. The Painted Diamond is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to property resulting from use of the DIY kits.
