Paint Party Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing The Painted Diamond. We are excited to help you create a fun, guided, and memorable paint party experience.
By booking a private paint party, purchasing an event ticket, ordering a paint kit, purchasing a digital download, or participating in a Painted Diamond event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking and Availability
All paint party bookings are subject to availability.
Submitting an inquiry or request does not guarantee your event date. Your event is not confirmed until The Painted Diamond approves the details and the required deposit or payment has been received.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and larger group events.
Private Paint Party Requirements
For private paint parties, the host is responsible for providing a suitable event space.
The host must provide:
Tables
Chairs
A well-lit space
Enough room for each guest to paint comfortably
Access to the event space before the party for setup
Access to the space after the party for cleanup
The space should be safe, clean, and appropriate for acrylic painting.
What The Painted Diamond Provides
The Painted Diamond provides the painting experience, supplies, and guided instruction unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement.
Private paint parties may include:
Pre-traced 11x14 canvases
Acrylic paints
Paint brushes
Paint palettes
Step-by-step instruction
Basic setup and cleanup of painting supplies
Supplies may vary depending on the selected event type, painting design, guest count, or package.
Guest Count
An estimated guest count is required when requesting a private event.
Final guest count is due 7 days prior to the event so supplies can be prepared. Once supplies are prepared, guest count reductions may not qualify for a refund or price adjustment.
Additional guests may be added only if approved by The Painted Diamond and if supplies are available.
Payments and Deposits
A $150 deposit is required to reserve your private paint party date.
The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid by the due date provided in your booking confirmation.
Your event date is not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event because materials are pre-prepped and your event date has been reserved.
Public Event Tickets
Public paint party tickets must be purchased in advance.
Each ticket reserves one seat and includes the painting experience listed for that event.
Tickets are limited and may sell out. Walk-ins may not be accepted.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Because paint party supplies are prepared in advance, cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the event.
Private event deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
If you need to reschedule before the 7-day deadline, The Painted Diamond will make reasonable efforts to offer another available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional fees depending on timing, preparation, venue rules, or event type.
Public event tickets may be non-refundable.
Late Arrivals
Guests should arrive on time so they can enjoy the full painting experience.
For public events, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to check in, get seated, and settle in before instruction begins.
Late arrivals may miss important instruction. The Painted Diamond is not responsible for missed steps due to late arrival.
Painting Selection
Painting options vary in style, skill level, and detail.
Some paintings are simple and relaxed, while others are more detailed and may require more time or patience. The Painted Diamond can help recommend a painting that fits your group’s comfort level, age range, and event style.
Custom painting requests may be available but must be approved in advance.
Acrylic Paint Notice
The Painted Diamond uses acrylic paint.
Acrylic paint can stain clothing, furniture, flooring, and personal items. Guests should wear clothing they do not mind getting paint on.
The Painted Diamond is not responsible for paint stains or damage to clothing, personal items, furniture, flooring, or event spaces.
Food and Drinks
Food and drink policies depend on the event location.
For private events, the host may provide food and drinks if desired.
For public events held at a venue, guests must follow the venue’s food and beverage policies. Outside food or drinks may not be allowed at certain venues.
Photos and Social Media
Photos and videos will be taken during events for promotional, website, and social media purposes.
If you or a guest do not wish to be photographed, please notify The Painted Diamond before or at the beginning of the event.
Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos, share their artwork, and post about their experience on social media.
Safety and Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to participate respectfully and responsibly.
The Painted Diamond reserves the right to stop instruction or remove a participant from the experience if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, or damaging to the event space or supplies.
Children must be supervised by an adult unless otherwise stated.
Event Space Damage
The host is responsible for the event location and any venue rules.
The Painted Diamond is not responsible for damage to the event space, furniture, flooring, or personal property caused by guests, spills, paint, food, drinks, or other event activity.
Weather, Emergencies, and Unexpected Events
If an event must be canceled or rescheduled due to severe weather, emergency, illness, unsafe conditions, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control, The Painted Diamond will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.
Refunds or credits may depend on the event type, timing, and preparation already completed.
Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products, including printable tracers, guides, activity sheets, or downloadable painting resources, are delivered electronically.
Because digital products are available immediately after purchase, digital downloads are generally non-refundable.
Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. They may not be resold, shared, copied, redistributed, or used for commercial instruction without written permission from The Painted Diamond.
DIY Paint Kits
DIY paint kits may include pre-traced canvases, paint, brushes, reference images, and instructions depending on the kit purchased.
Kit contents may vary by product listing.
Because kits are prepared and packaged for each order, paint kit orders are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Intellectual Property
All Painted Diamond artwork, painting designs, tracers, instructions, guides, digital downloads, branding, images, and creative materials are the property of The Painted Diamond unless otherwise stated.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, teach, or use Painted Diamond materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Changes to Terms
The Painted Diamond may update these terms and conditions at any time.
The terms in effect at the time of booking or purchase will apply to your event, product, or service unless otherwise stated.
