Venue & Community Partners

Partner FAQ

Good Questions.
Clear Answers.

The practical details venues and community organizations need before planning an experience with The Painted Diamond.

01 Is there a cost for a venue to host a public partner event?

No. There is no venue fee or deposit for a public partner event. The event details, responsibilities, and any special arrangements are confirmed in writing before promotion begins.

02 What does The Painted Diamond provide?

We provide the art supplies, painting setup, cleanup of our materials, step-by-step guidance from a Diamond Guide, event registration, and a shareable ticket link or QR flyer.

03 What does the venue or community partner provide?

The partner provides a suitable event area, tables, chairs, adequate lighting, restroom access, and enough time for setup and cleanup. We will review the space requirements together before confirming the event.

04 Who handles registration and ticket payments?

The Painted Diamond manages registration and ticket payments for public partner events. We provide the venue with the correct event link and QR code to share.

05 Who promotes the event?

Promotion is shared. The Painted Diamond promotes through our available channels, and the partner shares the event with its customers, members, residents, or community. Consistent promotion from both sides gives the event its strongest start.

06 How many painters are needed?

Most experiences are planned for at least eight painters. The final attendance goal and maximum capacity depend on the venue, available workspace, and selected painting.

07 How long does an event last?

Painting time is usually 2–2½ hours. The Painted Diamond typically arrives 1½–2 hours early to prepare the space and remains afterward to pack our supplies and clean our work area.

08 Can the venue sell food or beverages during the event?

Yes. Food and beverage service remains entirely under the venue’s control, including sales, staffing, permits, licensing, and responsible service. The Painted Diamond manages the painting experience.

09 Can we plan a fundraiser?

Yes. Fundraisers can be created as an in-person event or a paint-kit campaign. The structure, pricing, fundraising amount, responsibilities, and payment schedule are agreed upon before anything is announced.

10 What happens if the date needs to change?

Contact us as soon as possible. We will review registration, promotion, supply preparation, and available replacement dates. The written partnership agreement explains the rescheduling and cancellation terms for the event.

11 Can we host recurring paint events?

Yes. After the first event, we can review attendance, guest feedback, timing, and venue flow before choosing a recurring schedule that works for both partners.

12 How do we get started?

Begin on our Partner With Us page or contact us directly. We will learn about your space, audience, preferred dates, and event goals before recommending the best next step.
